What does the custom design process look like?
1. Book an appointment with us.
2. Bring your ideas and inspiration in any format into our studio, and we will discuss your jewellery vision to ensure we capture the essence of your style.
3. Select your stone that works within your budget, or provide your own originals.
4. We will give you a detailed quote and sketch to demonstrate the dimensions and key elements of your jewellery item for approval.
5. The building of your customised piece begins!
Depending on the design and complexity, please allow at least 4 weeks for customised jewellery to be completed.
The journey with us doesn’t stop here. We will be there every step of the way if you need expert advice, cleaning care or maintenance for your jewellery piece.

At Peet, we offer certified jewellery insurance valuations and appraisals to assist you with insurance claims for loss or damage to your precious items.
